9.0 CONSERVATION OF DOCUMENTS

9.1 LEARN is mandated by the MEES and it must respect its archiving rules. Accordingly, LEARN must maintain the material used in administering examinations (writing books and answer sheets) in a safe place for twelve months. After twelve months, LEARN destroys exams in its possession.

Copies of examinations remain the exclusive property of LEARN.
